New high voltage thermal management solution to be launched at bauma 2022
Technical Services (UK) Ltd is launching its latest high voltage thermal management system for EV, hybrid or fuel cell vehicles at bauma 2022, October 24–30, 2022 in Munich (CEA UK Pavilion stand number: B5.438/1).
As a leading authority on thermal management and airflow, Technical Services has taken its thermal management system to the next level by incorporating high voltage cooling components. It is the first company of its kind in Europe to make available an advanced install kit to complete the air side and coolant side demand with HV components.
Technical Services thermal management systems are available as “off-the-shelf” kits or can be designed to meet individual specifications for EV, hybrid and fuel cell vehicles. The kits are made up of the supply of products (either high or low voltage) in the cooling loop; typically pump(s), heat exchanger(s), fan(s) and connecting parts to provide a complete solution to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
Using their in-house capabilities and testing facilities, Technical Services builds each thermal management kit to reach optimum flow, pressure and heat rejection from the cooling system. Every system is validated to provide maximum efficiency, durability and performance. Cooling system architecture and design services are a key stage in enabling a successful project.
Technical Services is the UK-based European technical partner of US electric pump and fan manufacturer EMP, handling application engineering for OEMs. The company has over 35 years of cooling expertise in IC engines, hybrid, full electric and fuel cell applications.
