Lord-Lieutenant of West Yorkshire visits Technical Services to present the King’s Award.
Technical Services received a prestigious visit from Ed Anderson CBE, HM Lord-Lieutenant of West Yorkshire, following the company’s success in winning the King’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2025.

Technical Services welcomed Ed Anderson for a tour of their facilities. He showed great interest in the workshop, the company’s engineering experience and its international customers. The Lord-Lieutenant also spoke with each team member to learn about their roles and expertise.
The visit ended with a formal ceremony where the Lord-Lieutenant spoke to the whole team. In his speech, he highlighted the importance of the King’s Award and how it signifies credibility to both customers and suppliers.
Andrew McMahon (Sales and Engineering Director) and Joanne Kay (Finance and Operations Director) received the award and scroll on behalf of Technical Services. They thanked their team for their hard work and dedication.

The King’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade recognises outstanding achievement in international trade, acknowledging businesses that have demonstrated substantial and sustained growth in overseas sales.
